A shark from the library
By a sibilant intake of breath

A surprising find at the Toronto Reference Library. I watched a librarian queue a Toronto Reference Library 3D printing job for an articulated 3D printed shark, and it sent me back through library memories from Cleveland Elementary to Koerner at UBC and Wadham at Oxford. With winter cabin fever I will make the library my go to study spot.
Rolly's Take
For the soul who finds solace in the quiet corners of libraries, where nostalgia mingles with the thrill of discovery. They appreciate the unspoken bond between curious minds and the shelves that cradle knowledge, always seeking a refuge from the chaos outside. Here, the simple act of watching a 3D-printed shark materialize becomes a metaphor for the unexpected joys found within the familiar.
