Yoga every other day

Some mornings I roll out my mat before coffee and do Apple Fitness+ yoga with Dice Iida-Klein, 20 or 30 minute sessions. I've stuck to an every other day yoga routine with a flexible skip rule, and after three months I feel stronger, my chaturanga is cleaner, balance improved, and I hope to hit Crow Pose soon.
