I describe a University of York evaluation of the group sleep management programme Managing your Child’s Behavior to Promote Sleep. Four 3 hour sessions over 5 weeks, run by learning disability nurses, improved CSHQ sleep scores, cut night wakings at 3 months and raised parental confidence.
