Could a medieval fortress be fed by a pump with no moving parts? I'm Grady, and I recreate the Alhambra's suspected pulser pump from a 1764 priest account and Professor Cáceres' 1911 tests. I build a clear acrylic model, tap holes and glue fittings, then show how the pulser pump works, from air entrainment to lifting water above its source.
