At Massey College board game night I tried Daybreak, a cooperative board game about solving climate change. Two strategy lessons stuck with me: cut emissions fast because CO2 accumulates, and always help teammates by rescuing communities in crisis. It sparked ideas for a tactile Rivals sim prototype and board game design inspiration.
